Pre-entries must be post-marked by April 10 for a discounted
office fee, or, entries can be made
the day of the show. Limited stalls are available and will
be first come first serve.

• Thursday early arrival times: 4:00 pm -8:00 pm, for those
who reserved a stall. Additional $35.
o Thursday show office hours 4:00-7:00 pm
• Friday normal horse arrival times 10:00 am -9 pm, for
those who have reserved a stall.
o Friday show office hours 10:00 am- Friday ranch show end
• Saturday and Sunday horse arrival times, not before 6:00
am
o Saturday show office hours 6:30 am-Saturday show end
o Sunday show office hours 7:30 am- Sunday show end
• All horses must vacate by Sunday night.
• Arenas will be open for 1 hour after the completion of the
show Friday and Saturday night.
• Stalls are limited and will be first come first serve.

• Trailer parking is limited. Those who will be stalling
with us for the weekend will be asked to park their trailers
in a designated trailer parking area away from the barns
after unloading.
• Trailer hookups not available.

All classes will be held in UPHA indoor arena. Additional
indoor arena and outdoor available for warmup
. |
• No stallions
• The closest hotel to book is at the Baymont Inn and Suites
on Cardinal Drive in Fulton.
• Concessions will be provided at the show grounds by
William Woods show students as their World Show fundraiser.
• No dogs in the arenas or barns
• No alcohol allowed on William Woods University property.
• Buckles awarded for buckle challenge classes. All riders
may exhibit in these classes- even walk trot.
• NEW Jackpot classes for 2026! All riders may exhibit in
these classes- walk trot cross entry allowed.
• Large 1st-6th rosettes for all classes.
• Large Highpoint ribbons and awards for each highpoint
offered.

• All exhibitors will need to
supply proof of negative Coggins.
• Out of state exhibitors will need a current health
certificate by Missouri law. |
