	Important Information: No Tie-Outs allowed.  No outside shavings allowed. Facility requires 2 bags of shavings minimum. All exhibitors MUST show the following: ARHA Horse registration, current ARHA exhibitor and owner membership, current negative coggins test. Out of state: health certificates dated within 30 days of show Both Owner/Exhibitor must be MoRHA members to be eligible for Year End Awards. Please see pattern book for Year End Award Rules. Membership and NON-GRADE horse registration can be done at the show for an additional fee. Must have copy of allowable breed registration. POAs and Mustangs must have vet certificate verifying height requirements. Registration for NON-PAPERED GRADE HORSES must be received from ARHA prior to showing with MoRHA. Missouri Equine Liability Statute in effect  ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH Western Attire Required for all classes. There are new ARHA rules regarding clothing and equipment. Please see 2018-19 ARHA Rule book for attire and equipment requirements and changes.
