Located approximately two
miles east of Hwy. 30, in Grubville, MO the Big River
Saddle Park, in addition to being a unit of the
Jefferson County Parks Department, is host to show
series produced by two local organizations.
There is parking all around the
show pen and many well shaded spots for early arrivals
on show days. The arena is large, surrounded by chain
link, but there is only a minimal, unfenced, practice
area. A margin of grass around the pen is sufficient for
lawn chair set up.
The facility is open to the
public for general riding on days when there is no show.
There are primitive restroom facilities.
