TIE BREAKER RULE AS OF 2012: NBHA MO-05 YEAR END AWARDS

Should a tie arise in any division, the tie breaker will be

A) Given to the person who placed the most number of times in that division. And, if there is still a tie after A), it will be further decided by

B) Whoever placed the highest the most number of times in that division.

And, if a tie still arises after A) and B), the result will be decided by a coin toss as a last resort.

The goal being the person who consistently placed in that division show after show will get the award.
